- Sign-in: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE (S256); no API key. The user signs in on mcp.iasig.md with their existing iAsig account (phone number and SMS code, or Google) and approves access. Protected resource metadata: https://mcp.iasig.md/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp. Authorization server metadata: https://mcp.iasig.md/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server. Clients register with a Client ID Metadata Document or dynamic client registration; supported clients are listed on the setup page.
- Available through MCP: Green Card and RCA (MTPL) for vehicles registered in Moldova, starting from the next day. RCA (MTPL) for vehicles registered abroad or with MD-TX plates, with the vehicle and the insured saved in the user's iAsig account, starting from the next day. Roadside assistance in Romania and the EU (15 days, 1 year, or 1 year Plus with a replacement car) for cars up to 3.5 t registered in Moldova, starting at least 2 days ahead. European vignettes (one per country; the Slovenian one only on iasig.md) for cars and vans up to 3.5 t. Rovinieta (the Romanian road vignette) for cars, goods vehicles up to 3.5 t and buses. Moldova vignette for vehicles registered outside Moldova, with the vehicle and the driver saved in the user's iAsig account. Home insurance for a property saved in the user's iAsig account, starting at least 7 days ahead. Travel medical insurance, a single trip (4 to 365 days) or multiple trips, for people with a Moldovan IDNP saved in the user's iAsig account (children included), starting as early as the same day. Road tax for vehicles registered in Moldova: the assistant tells the amount and where to pay it (MPay); it is information only, not an order. Other products are sold on the website and in the apps.
- Payment: assistants never pay, never see card data, and cannot change where the policy is sent. Each order is created unpaid, and the assistant gives the user a personal payment link. The user opens it, continues to iasig.md, checks the final price, and pays by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or MIA. Payment links expire at the deadline the assistant gives the user: for Green Card, roadside assistance, European vignette, Rovinieta, Moldova vignette, home insurance and travel insurance, midnight (Chisinau time) at the end of the day the order was prepared; for RCA, the start of the policy start date; for RCA (MTPL) for vehicles registered abroad or with MD-TX plates, 23:00 (Chisinau time) the day before the policy start date. If a link stops working before then, the assistant can issue a fresh one.
- Multi-item orders: one order and one payment can cover a whole trip, for example Green Card, European vignettes, Rovinieta and travel insurance. The assistant prepares it as one unpaid order with one payment link.
- Vehicles registered abroad or with MD-TX plates, and foreign people, can be used for the products that accept them, but only once they are saved in the user's iAsig account (in the app or on iasig.md); their documents are never typed in the chat.
- In ChatGPT, the published iAsig plugin offers only Green Card and RCA for now; the other products come to ChatGPT after OpenAI's review. Every other client gets every product above.
- Orders created through an assistant appear in the user's iAsig account on the web and in the mobile apps. Policies are delivered to the email and phone number saved on that account, like any other purchase.
