The iasig.md platform and its ecosystem of mobile apps are operated by IASIG ONLINE S.R.L. (IDNO: 1021600002204), responsible for the technology infrastructure and the non-insurance commercial services (vignettes, roadside assistance).
Insurance products are intermediated through BAR IASIG INSURANCE S.R.L. (IDNO: 1024600043882), a subsidiary operating as a licensed insurance and reinsurance broker. By using the platform, you give the subsidiary, BAR IASIG INSURANCE, a free-of-charge mandate to represent you in dealings with insurers for obtaining quotes and for concluding, amending or terminating insurance contracts. All policies are issued digitally and carry full legal force under Law no. 284/2004.
Payments are processed by licensed and authorised payment processors, including payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and the government instant payments service MIA.
